a)  We assist the client in setting up the entity in China

b)  Monthly accounting and tax filing

• In China, the entity is requested to do the monthly/quarterly tax filing for VAT (Value-Added Tax) and monthly personal income tax (company is the withholding party according to the regulation), and to perform the quarterly corporate income tax filing.
• We also assist the client to provide the monthly accounting/tax compliance service and corporate secretary service.

c)  Royalty fee payment to Singapore headquarters 

•  Assisting the company with reviewing the related agreement
•  Conducting the tax rate determination in tax authority
•  Withholding tax payment
• Conducting overseas payment in bank with related supporting documents according to regulations

d)  HR Management Service

• The Client only had two local staff members in the beginning. We assist the Company in handling related HR/Payroll matters. They do not need to hire specialized HR staff, reducing cost and simplifying the related administrative procedures (normally, according to authorities request, there will be certain HR administrative procedures for the entity).

e)  Work Permit and Resident Permit Application for foreign staff

• We also assist foreign staff members with applying for work and resident permits so they may work legally in China.

f)  Company Secretary Service

•  In China, the company’s stamp is very important. With the company stamp, the documents/agreements/contracts etc. are recognized as legal and valid even without the authorized signature
• As the third party, we assist the client by keeping the company stamp, financial seal, legal person seal, business license and important documents. We have strict application procedure for using these documents and stamps. Only with approval from a person authorized by the client may the stamps be used

In China, the entity liquidation/de-registration will take a certain period, depending on the city where the entity is located and how long has the entity has been established in China.

 The US Client liquidated it's entity in China. We assisted them for the entity’s de-registration and liquidation.

a)  HR Settlement

•   Before the company’s liquidation, there were still several staff working for them. We assisted in HR settlements.

b)  Tax Clearance

• We assisted the client in their dealings with an auditor for the tax audit. We worked  to ensure tax clearance and compliance with China's tax authorities. 

c)  De-registration in other authorities and banks

• After tax clearance, we assisted the Client de-registering in AIC, COC, Social Securities’ bureaus, banks etc. The final funds in the entity’s bank account was remitted back to the client headquarters’ bank account.
